The session
Join Aaron for a fully hosted and guided, men-only sauna and sea dip session at Rossall Beach, Cleveleys, Blackpool. Your £20 ticket covers the full hour, from 12 noon to 1pm, including three sauna rounds and the time between them.
Each round includes around 10 minutes in the wood-fired sauna, followed by an optional sea dip before we return to the warmth. We repeat this three times, finishing with the third dip.
Aaron guides every sauna round, with breathwork, meditation and time to introduce yourselves and get to know the group. You do not need to know anyone or have done this before.
Sea dips are usually around one to three minutes, building up gradually over the rounds where conditions and individual comfort allow. Aaron guides the pace throughout. The dips are optional and depend on sea conditions on the day; you can take a break outside instead, shorten a round or sit one out.
Arrive wearing your swimwear beneath loose-fitting clothing, as there are no changing room facilities. Swimwear must be free of metal details, jewels or embellishments, which can become hot in the sauna. Remove all jewellery before the session.
