At Rossall Beach
Our coastal sauna sessions take place at Rossall Beach in Cleveleys, on the Fylde Coast. Each listing includes the precise meeting point, date, duration and price. Men are welcome from anywhere. Check the beach meeting point when planning your journey.
Three guided rounds
The full session lasts one hour. We spend around 10 minutes in the wood-fired sauna, then head to the sea for an optional dip. We repeat this three times, finishing with the third dip. Aaron hosts and guides the whole hour, with breathwork, meditation during each sauna round and time for everyone to introduce themselves and get to know the group.
The sea dips
Dips are usually around one to three minutes, building up gradually over the rounds where conditions and individual comfort allow. Aaron guides the pace throughout. The dips depend on sea conditions and are always optional. You can take a break outside instead, shorten a round or sit one out.
What to bring
Arrive with your swimwear already on under loose-fitting clothing. Bring one towel to sit on and another to dry yourself, drinking water, warm clothing for afterwards and suitable beach footwear or swim shoes. Remove jewellery and avoid swimwear with metal details, which can become hot. There are no changing room facilities at the beach.
